28796 (2026). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Further to his answer to written question 20419 (2026): on which dates did meetings between Fonterra and/or Z Energy and his former Chief Policy Advisor regarding the Smith v Fonterra case take place?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: My office has sought assistance from the Department of Internal Affairs to ascertain when any meeting on this matter took place and if it was recorded. I am advised that actions include engagement with a former Ministerial staff member and an assessment of their Parliamentary IT account. I cannot comment further at this time.
