28765 (2023). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: Is it Government policy to teach at least one hour of maths to year 1-10 students every day and if so when will this come into force?

Hon Erica Stanford: No. As set out in this Government’s 100-day plan, this policy applies to primary and intermediate students, i.e. Years 0 to 8 and is intended to start in 2024.
