28755 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What advice, reports, papers or any other communications, if any, has he received from Corrections about their capacity to deliver current rehabilitation programmes, during the month of May?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I have received no briefings or aides memoire primarily related to Corrections’ capacity to deliver current rehabilitation programmes during the month of May. However, Corrections provides me with a range of advice via briefings, aides memoire, my weekly report and through regular meetings with officials. Much of that advice relates to, or references in some way, the delivery of rehabilitation programmes.
