28754 (2023). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: Is it Government policy to teach at least one hour of reading and writing every day and if so when will this come into force?

Hon Erica Stanford: As set out in this Government’s 100-day plan, these requirements are being introduced in 2024.
