28739 (2023). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: Does the Minister support continuing to let NCEA level 1 to be a an optional level for schools to opt in or out of and if not why not?

Hon Erica Stanford: I have been seeking advice on a range of policy areas since taking office. I am committed to delivering the government's ambitious agenda in education. Currently, I am in the process of carefully reviewing policies across the education system to ensure they are delivering for Kiwi kids.
