Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I advise that my office received advice from DPMC in May 2024 regarding the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024.
