28686 (2026). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Prime Minister: Has the Government sought or received any advice on whether the Auditor-General’s 2025 inquiry examined political donations made after the Fast-track Approvals legislation was introduced; if so, what advice was received?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I have not received such advice from DPMC. The scope of the inquiry is clear from the Audit Office’s report.
