28679 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: How many jobs broken down by job titles and region, if any, are planned to be established in the Minister’s Departments, if any, over the next twelve months ?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that as part of the current change proposals covering four business groups, 117 positions are proposed to be created. No final decision will be made until after feedback has been considered. The Ministry have provided a list of these positions attached. In addition, as part of the Budget 24/25 funding for an additional 13.85 FTE has been provided in our Service Delivery group. The titles and locations of these positions have not yet been determined.
