Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for the Environment: Does the Minister intend to “Rationalise pastoral leases, where grazing of value exists, to promote ecologically sustainable land use with strong attention to special natural areas”, as found on page 43 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office received during the week of 27 November 2023, on this by title and date?
