28639 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: How many jobs broken down by job titles and region, if any, have been deliberately left unfilled in the Minister’s departments, if any, from the previous financial year ?

Hon Karen Chhour: No jobs have been deliberately left unfilled in the Te Puna Aonui Business Unit to achieve savings targets. I am advised that Te Puna Aonui took a considered approach to its recruitment over the last financial year, meaning some roles remained vacant whilst they confirmed staffing needs to support the delivery of its work programme.
