Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to “turbo-charge investment in clean renewable energy including solar, wind and geothermal by requiring decisions on most resource consents in one year and consents to last for 35 years” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Blueprint for a Better Environment’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office received during the week of 27 November 2023, on this by title and date?
