Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to “set minimum lapse times on resource consents for all renewable generation to 10 years to provide certainty” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Electrify NZ’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office received during the week of 27 November 2023, on this by title and date?
