Teanau Tuiono to the Minister of Education: Further to WPQ 10915 (2024) What specific measures, if any, are being implemented by the Ministry of Education to enhance the agency and authority of Kaupapa Māori Education Peak Bodies, and how are these measures are being monitored for effectiveness?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised the Ministry of Education is continuing to work with Kaupapa Māori Education Peak Bodies to progress their respective work programmes. This includes regular engagements with Ministry officials and reporting on the outcomes of this work.
