Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service and Digitising Government: Has he reviewed the Australian Digital Transformation Agency's whole-of-government Copilot trial and published evaluation; if so, why did New Zealand not undertake a comparable formal trial and public evaluation before proceeding?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Government Digital Delivery Agency (GDDA) officials work closely with the Australian Digital Transformation Agency (DTA). The GDDA has reviewed the DTA’s Copilot trial as well as the Copilot trial undertaken by the UK government and has applied learnings from these trials.
