28445 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for ACC: What specific purposes are ACC's 959 Microsoft Copilot licences being used for, and is Copilot used in any way to inform, support, or prioritise decisions to accept, decline, or review claims, or to assess entitlements to weekly compensation?

Hon Scott Simpson: ACC advises me that as of 17 June 2026, ACC had assigned 1,682 Microsoft Copilot licences. ACC staff most commonly use Copilot to support staff productivity. Microsoft Copilot is not used for informing or making decisions about client claims, cover decisions, or entitlements.
