28444 (2023). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: Does the Minister intend to “increase the tax benefits for corporate givers when funding authorised community programmes to 50%”, as found on page 37 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if not, why not?

Hon Simon Watts: The Government’s policy programme and priorities are set out in the Speech from the Throne and the coalition documents. I am currently seeking advice on a range of these items from officials. Decisions taken to progress the Government’s policy programme and priorities, including decisions about agency funding , will be announced in due course. Advice and modelling officials provide to support these decisions will be proactively released as part of a proactive release process.
