28429 (2026). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister for Energy: What findings, if any, did the Ombudsman convey regarding the redactions applied to the Concept Consulting report under the Official Information Act, and does the Minister agree with those findings?

Hon Simeon Brown: This question relates to the operational decision-making of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). I expect MBIE to comply with the Official Information Act 1982. If the Member has questions regarding MBIE's responses to requests made under the Act they should direct them to MBIE.
