Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister of Transport: Does the Minister intend to “support the phase down of fossil fuels by enabling the development of sustainable aviation and marine biofuels to help decarbonise heavy transport” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Blueprint for a Better Environment’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?
