Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does he agree with farmer Hugh Ritchie that the closure of the McCain Hastings facility means that everyone's margins, from growers to supermarkets, must be analysed; and if so, what analysis, if any, has he commissioned?

Cameron Brewer: The Primary Production Committee continues to progress its briefing on the closure of the Heinz Wattie's, Gregg's, and McCain food processing facilities. My officials will support the Committee as needed. I look forward to hearing of the Committee’s progress.
