Camilla Belich to the Minister of Transport: What total fees or other remuneration, if any, were paid to each director or member of a board or committee subject to a conflict of interest management plan at any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation, role, the amount paid, the period of service, and the proportion of agenda items the person was present for over that period, as at 10 June 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: Board fees do not change based on conflict of interest management plans. Members remain subject to their individual and collective obligations under the Crown Entities Act 2004 and/or the Companies Act 1993 and other relevant legislation. For Crown Entities, these collective duties include an obligation to ensure an entity operates consistently with its objectives and functions, and in a financially responsible manner.
