28372 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: As at 1 June 2025, what proportion of ovarian cancer cases in New Zealand are diagnosed at Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 and Stage 4, respectively?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Health New Zealand does not hold the specific data requested by the Member as at 1 June 2025, and is therefore unable to provide it for this date. I do not consider it to be in the public interest to divert staff from essential services to undertake a substantial collation exercise.
