28335 (2025). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Women: Further to WPQ 23310 (2025), what advice or modelling was this based on, if any?

Hon Nicola Grigg: I received advice from PSC and MBIE which outlined significant issues with the former pay equity system, and a range of options to improve the pay equity system. Advice was clear that a robust and sustainable pay equity system is critical to addressing genuine sex-based discrimination that negatively impacts women.
