Hon Nicola Willis: One member of the Social Investment Board chose to step back from Board duties during the period. This member was absent for six out of 16 meetings held. Four of the six absences were unrelated to the decision to step back. 100% of items were missed during these absences. No remuneration was paid for the meetings missed.
