Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: In how many cases, if any, was a director or member of a board or committee excluded from or absent for more than one-third of agenda items during their tenure at any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation, role, the proportion of items missed, and the total remuneration paid for the period concerned, as at 10 June 2026?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that due to information not being centrally recorded, the Ministry of Social Development is unable to provide the information requested by the Member within a written parliamentary timeframe as it would take substantial manual collation diverting staff from their core duties. In accordance with the Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time, and hence the expense, of answering this part of the Member’s questions is not in the public interest This is also my response to WPQ 28330 & 28331 (2026)
