28325 (2025). Hon Marama Davidson to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: What advice has she received, if any, on the decision to not allocate funding for Kaupapa Māori Specialist Sexual Violence Services for Whānau beyond next year?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am responsible for one appropriation within Vote Justice (the Elimination of Family Violence and Sexual Violence). The Member appears to be referring to an initiative within Vote Social Development that received time-limited funding in Budget 2023. I am not the responsible Minister for that Vote and I have not received advice on this decision.
