28320 (2025). Hon Marama Davidson to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What is the reason for the cut of $225,000 in departmental funding for Child Advocates to Support Children in Women's Refuge?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Budget 2023 allocation for this service includes a total of $450,000 over two years to evaluate the Child Advocates programme. An evaluation is currently underway and while this funding ends in 30 June 2025, baseline funding for service provision continues.
