Hon Chris Bishop: For Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities I am advised that Board attendance and remuneration are reported in Kāinga Ora Annual Reports available on its website. Two members who identified a conflict of interest which required a management plan to be put in place did not receive a reduction in the fees they were paid in the timeframe of your question. For Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) I am advised there are zero cases.
