28274 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Corrections: What total fees or other remuneration, if any, were paid to each director or member of a board or committee subject to a conflict of interest management plan at any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation, role, the amount paid, the period of service, and the proportion of agenda items the person was present for over that period, as at 10 June 2026?
Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Corrections has interpreted the member’s question as referring to any board or committee within Corrections which is remunerated in line with the Cabinet Fees Framework. I am further advised that two members of a Corrections’ committee have previously been subject to a conflict-of-interest management plan, but these were no longer active as at 10 June 2026. I am also advised that both members are employees of Corrections and therefore are not renumerated for their role as committee members. In addition, to review every agenda item to determine the proportion of agenda items each member was present for would require substantial collation and manual analysis, which I am not prepared to ask of officials for the purpose of this response. However, I am advised that both members have not been excluded from any agenda items because of a conflict of interest since they began their roles in November 2024.
