Camilla Belich to the Minister of Corrections: In how many cases, if any, was a director or member of a board or committee excluded from or absent for more than one-third of agenda items during their tenure at any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation, role, the proportion of items missed, and the total remuneration paid for the period concerned, as at 10 June 2026?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Corrections has interpreted the member’s question as referring to any board or committee within Corrections which is remunerated in line with the Cabinet Fees Framework. Corrections has several boards and committees within scope of the member’s question. I am advised that to review every agenda item of each of these boards and committees since 27 November 2023 to determine the number cases each chair or member was excluded from or absent for more than one-third of agenda items during their tenure, in order to provide a breakdown by role, the proportion of items missed, the total renumeration paid for the period concerned, would require substantial collation and manual analysis, which I am not prepared to ask of officials for the purpose of this response.
