Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What is the number of sanctions applied for failing social obligations for enrolment in early childhood education or school, if any, imposed on working age main benefit clients since September 2024 by quarter, broken down by ethnicity, age band, gender, and benefit type?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that there have been no sanctions applied for failing social obligations, for failing social obligations for enrolment in early childhood education or school, or failing social obligations for healthcare enrolment for the period 1 July 2024 to 31 March 2025 This is also my response to written questions 28231 (2025) and 28232 (2025).
