Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for Infrastructure: Further to the reply to question 20908 (2026), which projects presented as potential Public-Private Partnership opportunities at the Government's March 2025 Investment Summit are no longer being procured as Public-Private Partnerships?

Hon Chris Bishop: Justice courthouses were presented as potential PPP opportunities at the March Investment Summit. A standard procurement approach, rather than PPP procurement, will be now be used. I refer the Member to the answer to Written Question 20911 (2026) for further details.
