28195 (2026). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Associate Minister of Health: Further to WPQ 20211, did any advice provided to the Minister prior to those public statements include Māori-specific or equity-specific analysis, and if not, why not?

Hon David Seymour: Decisions on which medicines are funded are operational matters for Pharmac, who makes those decisions independently within its statutory role and available funding.
