28193 (2026). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Associate Minister of Health: Further to WPQ 20214, did any Māori organisation consulted on the proposal support the removal of ethnicity-based eligibility criteria for Type 2 diabetes, and if so, who?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that Pharmac received a large number of responses to this consultation. Analysis of consultation responses has begun. However, due to the volume of responses received and the short time since closing, this analysis is not yet complete.
