Hon Scott Simpson: ACC's annual reports identify member attendance at board and committee meetings. Annual reports are available on ACC's website at: Corporate documents Copies of minutes of ACC board meetings are available on ACC's website at https://www.acc.co.nz/about-us/who-we-are/our-minister-board-ce-and-executive/acc-board-governance-documents. Minutes specify whether Board members were present or absent, and any instances where members were excluded from specific agenda items. ACC advises me none of its Board members had conflict-of-interest management plans in place between 27 November 2023 and 10 June 2026.
