Hon Tama Potaka: I have received the following advice and briefings on the amendments to the Resource Management Act 1991 and its national direction listed under the key actions in the Draft Minerals Strategy for New Zealand to 2040: • Reviewing the New Zealand Coastal Policy Statement [24-B-0115], 13 March 2024 • Supporting Memo for Ref: CORM 1240, 14 March 2024 • RMA Reform Ministerial Group Meeting [BRF-4653], 17 May 2024 I have received some further advice on changes to national direction instruments. The Government will be making announcements on this work in due course.
