28138 (2026). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister of Education: How many local transport providers, if any, used taxis to drive eligible children between home and their school as part of specialised school transport assistance (SESTA) in 2024?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that in 2024 there were eight Specialised School Transport Assistance providers who were also Taxi companies. They used a combination of sedans and minivans to deliver services.
