Rt Hon Winston Peters: New Zealand has made it clear to Israel that the impairment on the delivery of humanitarian assistance is unacceptable. New Zealand is in discussions with international partners on options for next steps. We will continue to raise our concerns directly with Israel and through the United Nations. New Zealand has provided NZ$3.5 million to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). ICRC's work includes promoting human rights and compliance with international humanitarian law.
