Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does the Minister intend to "direct Kāinga Ora to utilise the 2,000 long-term vacant properties in its portfolio" as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Delivering Better Social Housing’ document, and if so, has the Minister or their office received any advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents that indicate that some or all of these long-term vacant properties are unfit for tenants to occupy them?
