Camilla Belich to the Minister of Transport: How many people, if any, appointed or reappointed by the Minister since 27 November 2023 to any board, committee, or other body of any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible have had a conflict of interest management plan put in place, broken down by organisation, role, the number of interests identified as giving rise to a conflict, and the date the plan was put in place, as at 10 June 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: There has been no need to implement any conflict of interest management plans during this period for Auckland Light Rail and City Rail Link. New Zealand Transport Agency advises that one board member currently has a standing conflict of interest management plan in place arising from a single interest, which was established at the time of their appointment to the board.
