28117 (2025). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Women: Further to her answer to written question 23291 (2025): what advice, if any, has she received from the Cabinet Office regarding what should be included or not included in a ministerial proactive diary release?

Hon Nicola Grigg: My proactive Ministerial diary is published in line with Cabinet Minute CAB-18-MIN-0587, which includes what meetings should be included. My office also follows guidelines provided by the Department of Internal Affairs. I refer the Member to the disclaimer statement at the top of my proactive Ministerial diary where it states the diary "may not include unscheduled meetings" and that matters "may not be included in this proactive release include information that might breach the privacy of a person, relate to decisions still under active consideration by the Minister, or matters of national security"
