28112 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: How many delegated decisions are the Minister and Undersecretary for RMA reform expecting to make in relation to the proposed Natural Environment Act and Planning Act respectively?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Under-Secretary and I expect to make a large number of delegated decisions in relation to the proposed Natural Environment Act and Planning Act. This reflects the scale and complexity involved in reforming the resource management system. These decisions will be brought to Cabinet prior to the legislation being introduced.
