Hon Simeon Brown: No. As the Member will be aware, the Ministry's Deputy Director-General gave evidence to the Tribunal on 28 May 2025. As the part of the evidence noted matters currently being considered by Cabinet, and therefore covered by constitutional conventions on confidentiality, the witness advised he was not authorised to talk to them.
