28094 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Do any members of the Health Assurance Unit simultaneously hold roles as ministerial private secretaries?

Hon Simeon Brown: As I said in the House on 19 February, the Public Service Commission established the Health Assurance Unit to support our Government's focus on getting health back on track after previous decisions to restructure the health system in the middle of a pandemic. I am advised that no ministerial staff work within the Unit. The Public Service Commission has seconded a Private Secretary to my office to support the work of the Unit.
