28088 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What reporting arrangements, if any, will be in place for the Health Assurance Unit once it is integrated into the Ministry of Health?

Hon Simeon Brown: As I said in the House on 19 February, the Public Service Commission established the Health Assurance Unit to support our Government's focus on getting health back on track after previous decisions to restructure the health system in the middle of a pandemic. Once integrated into the Ministry, the unit will report to the Director-General of Health.
