Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Corrections: Does the Minister intend to "relocate offenders for repeated or serious incidents to protect neighbours, with increased support to manage the underlying causes of the behaviour" as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Delivering Better Social Housing’ document, and if not, why not?
