Hon Brooke van Velden: As Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. In respect of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the Member to the Minister for Economic Development’s answer to written parliamentary question 27999 (2024). In respect of the Crown Entity WorkSafe New Zealand, the only savings realised are in relation to the return of funding for activities that are no longer progressing, and these have not had any FTE impact on the organisation.
