Camilla Belich to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: How many people, if any, appointed or reappointed by the Minister since 27 November 2023 to any board, committee, or other body of any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible have had a conflict of interest management plan put in place, broken down by organisation, role, the number of interests identified as giving rise to a conflict, and the date the plan was put in place, as at 10 June 2026?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that for Te Tari Whakatau there are none I am advised that the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund (Tupu Tonu) Board members’ interests are reported in the annual report. Conflicts of interest plans are specific to investment origination. Since 27 November 2023, three Tupu Tonu Board members have had conflicts of interest managed for investments under consideration by Tupu Tonu.
