28054 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: How many agenda items, if any, was each director or member of any board, committee, or other body of any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible excluded from or absent for since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation, role, whether the director or member was subject to a conflict of interest management plan, the number of items excluded because of a conflict of interest, the number missed for other reasons, and the total number of items the person was present for as a proportion of all agenda items considered during their tenure, as at 10 June 2026?
Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that for Te Tari Whakatau there are none.
I am advised that the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund (Tupu Tonu) does not report or collate information in this way. Doing so would require significant resource for a small organisation to compile and I refer the Member to Speaker’s Ruling 199/6, as I do not consider it to be in the public interest to undertake an exercise to identify and collate the material requested, as it will require a significant diversion of resource.
However, I can confirm that since 27 November 2023, no agenda item has been deferred due to a lack of quorum arising from managing conflict of interests.
