28044 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: How many people, if any, appointed or reappointed by the Minister since 27 November 2023 to any board, committee, or other body of any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible have had a conflict of interest management plan put in place, broken down by organisation, role, the number of interests identified as giving rise to a conflict, and the date the plan was put in place, as at 10 June 2026?
Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised the former Tangata Whenua Ministerial Advisory Group Terms of Reference set the expectation that members will disclose all actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest. All members signed a conflict of interest and confidentiality declaration form, which were reviewed at regular points to ensure all relevant conflicts were known. In regard to the Family Violence and Sexual Violence Advisory Group established in May 2026, I am not aware of any conflict of interest management plans that have been put in place.
