Camilla Belich to the Minister for Infrastructure: How many people, if any, appointed or reappointed by the Minister since 27 November 2023 to any board, committee, or other body of any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible have had a conflict of interest management plan put in place, broken down by organisation, role, the number of interests identified as giving rise to a conflict, and the date the plan was put in place, as at 10 June 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am not aware of any appointments or reappointments I have made since 27 November 2023 where a conflict of interest management plan was put in place prior to the appointment. It is the responsibility of each Board to ensure all conflict management plans are kept up to date and managed appropriately, in line with their own policies and protocols. The details of these plans are held by the respective companies.
